Data and purposes
We process information supplied when you ask a question or make a booking, including your name, contact details, dates, guest numbers and information required for payment. We use it to respond, manage the stay, meet legal duties and prevent fraud.
Payments and recipients
Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as payment service provider and handling payment data under its own privacy policy. We may also share strictly necessary data with technology, accounting and competent public authorities where legally required.
Retention, rights and security
We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal periods. Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD. Appropriate safeguards protect your information.
