Booking and payment
A booking requires payment of 50% of the total. The remaining 50% is charged 7 days before arrival. Displayed prices include VAT; the managing entity issues the certified invoice.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Between 7 and 13 days before arrival, the refund is 50%. No refund is due within 7 days of arrival.
Arrival, departure and occupancy
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. The minimum stay shown in the calendar varies by season and public holidays.
Pets and use of the property
Pets are welcome for €50 per animal per stay. Guests must respect the house, equipment, neighbours and the safety instructions sent before arrival.
